Just before the interview started.

Jo Sung-hyun smiled lightly as he remembered his first interview.

Park Jung-won, who was next to him, looked at him with a smile.

"Why are you smiling?"

"No, I just find it interesting. I came in after an interview, and now I'm an interviewer."

"You're a special case. You have skills, and you work hard. And besides, you're the one who has to teach the people you're hiring. Think of it as a coincidence."

Park Jung-won said.

There were four interviewers in total.

The team leader of Singer 1 Team, Park Jung-won.

The team leader of Singer 2 Team, Woo Kyung-soo.

The team leader of PR Team, Joo Hye-won.

And Jo Sung-hyun.

"I've heard a lot of good things about you, but Team Leader Park kept you hidden."

Woo Kyung-soo, who was on the opposite side, said.

Jo Sung-hyun nodded and bowed his head in response to Woo Kyung-soo's words.

"I guess our team leader must have badmouthed me a lot."

"Hey, badmouthed. He only praised you."

Woo Kyung-soo waved his hand.

She was usually gentle, but when she got angry, she was really fiery.

She was so fiery that the only ones who could stop her when she was angry were the director and the president.

Even Park Jung-won and Joo Hye-won, who were also team leaders, were careful when they heard that Woo Kyung-soo was angry.

Joo Hye-won was the opposite.

She was cold and blunt.

When she got angry?

'She just doesn't react at all.'

But she was very professional when dealing with reporters or doing her work.

They were both good people, but Park Jung-won had a reason to hide Jo Sung-hyun from Woo Kyung-soo.

Woo Kyung-soo was greedy.

Not in a bad way.

She liked people who did their job well, and she wanted her team to run smoothly.

It was natural for her to covet Jo Sung-hyun, who was rumored to be the best worker in Park Jung-won's team, and Park Jung-won, who was afraid that Woo Kyung-soo might take Jo Sung-hyun away, hid him sneakily.

"Let's stop the small talk and start letting them in."

"Oh, our Team Leader Park is in such a hurry."

Woo Kyung-soo smiled slyly and said, but Park Jung-won shook his head.

Jo Sung-hyun quietly checked the interview documents in front of him.

Strictly speaking, he was just a tag-along who was watching the interview, so this was the first time he saw the profiles.

"Come in."

And so, the interview began.

* * *

Jo Sung-hyun felt more and more disappointed as the interview progressed.

His expectations were not that high.

He thought of how he felt when he first took the interview, and thought that as long as they were at that level, they would pass....

He overlooked the reason why he was evaluated as a good worker.

It was because there were few people like Jo Sung-hyun that he could get such an evaluation.

"Hmm...there's nothing special."

Park Jung-won muttered.

Woo Kyung-soo nodded and agreed with his words.

"They all have a lot of energy. Maybe it's because they're young."

"Are you saying that you're old, Team Leader Woo?"

"Why are you saying that when we're in the same boat? Team Leader Park?"

"......"

Jo Sung-hyun had never seen this situation before, so he tried to adapt little by little.

He had seen Team Leader Woo Kyung-soo and Team Leader Joo Hye-won in the future, but he had never had a long conversation with them.

At best, he just greeted them and passed by.

This was the first time he saw Team Leader Park Jung-won and Team Leader Woo Kyung-soo having such a light conversation.

It was fresh.

"Next."

Team Leader Woo Kyung-soo tapped the desk and said.

At that signal, the door opened and the next interviewee came in.

"Hello! I'm Yoo Sung-joon!"

"Hello, Sung-joon. I see from your resume that...you graduated from the College of Music."

Park Jung-won said in a calm voice.

The other person answered in a strong voice.

"Yes!"

"You've always dreamed of being a singer, right?"

"Yes, that's right."

The interviewee nodded and answered.

He looked nervous, but he was trying his best not to show it.

"But why did you change your career path like this?"

"Because I realized that I had no talent for singing."

Hearing that answer, Team Leader Joo Hye-won, who had been quiet until then, opened her mouth.

"You realized that after going to college?"
