Teacher Min Eun-jung continued her words as Jo Sung-hyun blinked his eyes quietly.

"I asked Chae-yoon once, and she said he had to tell her dad. So I decided to ask you, her father once and decide."

At her words, Jo Sung-hyun glanced at Chae-yoon, who was burying her head on his shoulder.

The kindergarten graduation ceremony was actually a small stage, but it was a very big stage for Chae-yoon.

It was because she was performing on the stage of the kindergarten she attended.

The graduation ceremony was also very meaningful.

Jo Sung-hyun made a judgment that it was not bad for her.

In the same context as the concours, playing the piano for Chae-yoon would be a great experience.

It would be an experience of performing in front of others.

It would also be an experience of preparing and practicing for it.

Jo Sung-hyun was positive.

But the most important thing was Chae-yoon's intention.

So Jo Sung-hyun opened his mouth as he stroked Chae-yoon's head.

"What do you think, Chae-yoon? Do you want to do it?"

"...I'm shy."

Chae-yoon says.

She uses the expression 'shy' and buries her face on Jo Sung-hyun's shoulder again.

Jo Sung-hyun felt a strange feeling at Chae-yoon's reaction.

She was saying she was shy, but her expression seemed like she wanted to do it.

How should I interpret this?

He turned his head and looked at Min Eun-jung, who was smiling softly.

She spoke to Chae-yoon.

"Chae-yoon."

"Yes...."

"Are you shy to play the piano in front of your friends?"

Nod.

Chae-yoon nods his head slightly.

"You don't hate it, do you?"

"I don't hate it... but I'm shy."

Chae-yoon says.

Jo Sung-hyun looked at the child quietly and opened his mouth.

"Then what about playing the piano that you want to show your friends?"

Chae-yoon had mentioned something like that last time.

The piano that he wanted to show and the piano that she didn't want to show.

Maybe Chae-yoon was worried about the piano that she didn't want to show.

Chae-yoon seemed to think for a moment.

"'Do you want to play with the fallen leaves with me?'"

She answers like that.

Jo Sung-hyun nodded his head and opened his mouth.

"Okay. If you want to play that song, you can just show them that song."

"Chae-yoon likes it!"

As if she had no hesitation, Chae-yoon quickly lifted her face and answered.

Teacher Min Eun-jung covered her mouth and laughed.

"Then, our Chae-yoon. Can you play the piano?"

"Yes!"

"Oh, you're amazing."

Teacher Min Eun-jung lightly patted Chae-yoon's back and said.

Jo Sung-hyun chuckled.

That's how Chae-yoon's first stage was decided.

* * *

Chae-yoon liked the piano.

The only thing she liked more than the piano was her dad.

'Dad is the best.'

To Chae-yoon, Jo Sung-hyun was the best.

He played the piano well and sang well.

Chae-yoon didn't know much, but she felt a lot instinctively about music.

The child was happy when the Little Mermaid sang.

And after that, when she heard Yumi's song.

The child was so happy that there was someone who sang better than the Little Mermaid.

But, the moment Jo Sung-hyun sang.

Everything changed.

No matter who sang.

Chae-yoon's favorite song was Jo Sung-hyun's.

In the child's standard, Jo Sung-hyun was always the first.

So Chae-yoon was excited this morning.

She woke up earlier than Jo Sung-hyun for two days in a row.

"Hehe."

She smiled and looked at Jo Sung-hyun's face quietly.

She wanted to press his cheek with a pop, so she raised her hand, but Jo Sung-hyun lifted his eyelids.

"Huh?"

Chae-yoon ended up making a strange sound and quickly lowered her hand.

She hit Jo Sung-hyun's side too hard as she lowered her hand too fast.

But Chae-yoon bowed her head as she felt her dad looking at her with a puzzled face.

"You woke up early today, too?"

"Yes...."

Jo Sung-hyun didn't seem to be in pain, so Chae-yoon was relieved.

It didn't seem like she hurt his dad.

"Dad is a late sleeper!"

The child teased her dad with relief.

Jo Sung-hyun snickered.

"It's because dad was reading a book until late last night."

"Later than Chae-yoon?"

"Yeah. Much later than Chae-yoon."

Jo Sung-hyun said that and got up from his seat and headed to the bathroom with Chae-yoon in his arms.

He prepared familiarly.

Chae-yoon held her dad's hand and moved her steps.
